omg moment

Just a little quickie blog, but I just discovered a new favorite website & felt the urge to share: Polyvore!!

(am i really late on this one? b/c i really didnt know this existed!)

I stumbled upon the site as I was trying to get "Audrey-Hepburn-circa-Breakfast-at-Tiffany's" inspiration. A friend of mine is having a Breakfast at Tiffany's themed bridal luncheon (really cute idea!) and we're all supposed to dress "in-theme"!

Polyvore's motto is: "Express your style. Mix & match products from your favorite stores. Shop looks created by the web's largest fashion community."

So it's literally a place where people pull together fashion "looks", then link to where you can actually purchase the products. I am still figuring it all out- but to me, it feels alot like I'm gaining a personal shopper for FREE. :)

these last 2 blogs make it sound like I'm an inspiring fashionista! I'm totally not (way too cheap, ahem, I mean frugal for that) but I do have a serious love of fashion and appreciate the "art" of it all.

I like trying out new trends, while still searching for my own defined style. I love seeing fabulous clothes, on me of course, but also on anyone. and i appreciate people's individual styles and tastes, it's cool to see how much clothes can reflect personality.
